These terms apply when you use shapiko.com or a configurator built and hosted by Shapiko. Shapiko is operated by Paul Vu, c/o Flux Coworking, 258 Ho Nghinh, An Hai, Da Nang 550000, Vietnam ("Shapiko", "we"). "You" means the business that uses the service. By requesting a draft, subscribing or embedding a configurator, you agree to these terms.
We build a 3D product configurator from the price lists, product information and rules you give us (the "Configurator"), and we host it so you can embed it on your website. It can show your products in 3D, calculate prices, and produce parts lists, cut lists, drawings and quote requests. Shapiko is a service for businesses, not for consumers.
Drafts, and the revisions needed to match your prices and rules, are free. A draft is a preview for your review and is not for use with your buyers until it is live. We may decline a project, for example when the information needed to build it is not available.
You keep all rights to your price lists, product information, brand names, logos and the quote requests your buyers submit ("Your Content"). You give us permission to use Your Content to build, host, support and improve your Configurator. You confirm that you have the right to provide it. We may name you as a customer only with your permission.
We own the Configurator software, our platform and our tools. While your subscription is active, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your Configurator on the website domains you register with us. The service does not include delivery of source code, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We build from your data, test the prices against your published price list, and list every assumption we make. You are responsible for reviewing your Configurator before it goes live, and for the prices, quotes and product information you give your buyers. Outputs such as prices, parts lists and drawings are estimates to help you quote. They are not engineering approval, and they are not a guarantee of compliance with building codes. Tell us about any error and we will fix it promptly.
When a buyer submits a quote request through your Configurator, we process it on your behalf and send it to you. You are responsible for your own privacy notice to your buyers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes breaking the law, interfering with or attacking the service, copying or reselling the Configurator without our permission, and uploading content you have no right to share.
We use AI models to build Configurators and to power the chat assistant on our website. Every Configurator is tested before we deliver it.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at paul@shapiko.com. We usually make price updates within one business day.
Apart from the commitments in these terms, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend or end the service if payment fails, or if these terms are seriously breached and not fixed within a reasonable time after notice. You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
